This system needs some serious changing.

I have been aware of this for a long time and it is one of the biggest reasons I don’t feel bad about dl-ing music.

I think it’s ridiculous to say artists being paid poorly is a valid reason for downloading music illegally. I get the point the graphic is making, but it’s way off to interpret it like this. It’s like saying it’s okay to shoplift produce at the grocery store because the migrant workers that harvest it are paid below minimum wage. Just because one person fucks someone over doesn’t make it okay to fuck them over again.

Don’t get me wrong, I have both downloaded music illegally and shoplifted from the grocery store. But this sure as hell doesn’t make my actions justifiable.
